Due to the fact that the Latvian post has raised the tariffs for sending parcels to the EU, we unfortunately now have to charge 5 euros per parcel. Mail (shipping) expenses are not included outside the EU. Postal charges are calculated for each country separately. Shipping costs an average of 10 euros.

You will receive an invoice for payment and confirmation of the availability of goods soon after sending the order form.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which you indicated when filling out the necessary information. Always check your email address and phone number.

Purchase and shipping conditions:

1) This is not a cheap copy with unknown ingredients. These are 100% original products.

2) Fill out the order form below, indicating your details that will be necessary to send the order - your exact address (country name is required).

3) After receiving the order, we will send you an invoice (the order will be sent only after the money has arrived in our account) - Payment details: bank account or PayPal account, or TransferGo accaunt. Money is transferred from your bank account to our bank account within 3-5 business days (sometimes even more) - so do not worry, as soon as the money arrives in our account, we will send your order. You can pay for PayPal invoice with bank card. You can pay without registering in the Paypal system. In this case, the total cost of the order will be 1-2 euros higher (per transaction), but the money will be credited to our PayPal account within one minute.

4) Remember - the price does not include the cost of delivery (the prices of the Post of Latvia or Russia), with the exception of the cases specified in the descriptions for a specific product (many goods are delivered free of charge to EU countries).

5) The order will be sent in the form of a small package or a parcel with the inscription "Gift" or "Other", and in the documents for sending after your choice the description will be indicated (we recommend: "vitamins" or "supplements") and, if you if you want to insure the parcel (for an additional fee), you must indicate this in the "comments". Please note that some products cannot be insured, so you have to hope for a favorable delivery result. In any case, the loss or damage of your parcel, you have the right to compensation (which valid in your country), in this case, a claim for a damaged parcel must be made upon receipt. Otherwise, claims will not be accepted.

6) All prices are in EURO, but you can pay them in any currency. We will ship the order within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment to our account. About delivery time: to EU countries - 5-7 working days, to other European countries - 7 - 15 days;

7) To other countries (USA, Canada, etc.) - about 10-30 days, usually faster. Your privacy is most important to us, and with our care you can shop privately. We ship via international airmail with tracking number.

8) Please note: you are responsible for customs clearance, taxes and duties in your country. Usually, goods for individuals are not checked and are not delayed up to 1 kg. You can first find out at your post office.

9) Before ordering, make sure what postal delivery options to your country from the EU. In other words, what are the conditions of customs departure. Money will not be returned if: The goods are confiscated at your customs office, or they are lost in transit (and not insured), or were damaged, or if the sender is not fully returned, or returned damaged.
